It breaks my little heart when I hear a bad cat bash cash gifting. Yes it is 100% legal meow. There is nothing illegal about it what so ever, you have the ability to give to a person or a group of people any amount of money you want up to the limit of 12,000 dollars before the IRS has to be involved due to tax issues so yes cash gifting is very legal. If anyone tries to nay-say that it tell them to prove it! Cash Gifting has been on this earth for many generations and will remain here as long as it can be done. (which is forever!) Meow!
